This course will focus on making sense of the world of data science. It equips students with an understanding of how the emergence of big data has expanded the power and scope of many industries and how to utilize large amounts of information. Data literacy empowers students with the tools to apply critical thinking to topics such as the integrity and purpose of the data, enabling them to reveal evidence-based insights.
